Dr. Michael Sykes – President and Founder

Once described as “the Emily Post of the Loo”, Dr. Sykes received his B. Sc. in 1998 from the University of Alberta and his Ph. D. in 2006 from Stanford University. Sadly, both degrees were in fields unrelated to the bathroom sciences. He founded the ICBE in 1995 after discussions with some of his friends made him realize that there was a great need for education in the field of bathroom etiquette. He currently resides with his family in San Diego, CA.
