Booger-Flinging Bathroom Goers

Natalie has an odd problem. She runs a restaurant, and it seems a number of her male customers have taken to flinging their boogers around the bathroom and wiping them on the wall! She writes:

Hello, just wondering if you have any ideas or sugustions for me. I own a restaurant/bar. My male customers dominate therefore the mens restroom has a mush higher traffic volume. this is my problem sick as it is do you have any sugestions? on the wall above the urinal the men or some man is wiping his boogers on the wall they also flick them when they are sitting on the toliet. this is so foul and I run a very nice casual full service restarant and bar with a sunday brunch family oriented, it’s by no means some kind of greasy spoon dive bar. what can I do to get them to stop!

Any thoughts? My only suggestion was to start posting newspaper sections above the urinals or in the stalls. My hope is that this might distract the boogermongers and give them something to do besides playing with their boogers.
