The Toilet Paper Test

It’s not unusual for me to hear about somebody carrying toilet paper with them – after all, you never know when you’re going to need a roll. In fact, I’m pretty sure I have some stashed in my car somewhere, and I’ve always got it on hand when I head to the soccer pitch. That said, I’d never thought about The Toilet Paper Test like Timothy Kenny had. He reports on a recent trip to Romania, where he says he didn’t have to carry toilet paper with him everywhere, in stark contrast to a 2001 visit. Seems like Romania is going up in the world!
