Most expensive bathroom trip ever

30,000 Euro – that’s what it cost one German man to use a public bathroom. No, the attendant didn’t get greedy, but the man did manage to leave behind a sack of cash after he left the facilities. And guess what – it wasn’t there when he came back a few minutes later (duh!). My favorite quote from the police involved in the case: “We’re always a bit suspicious when we hear these kinds of stories but this one appears to be genuine.” Suspicious indeed. The way I see it, you have to be ungodly stupid to even be carrying around a sack of that much cash, much less be forgetful and leave it lying around.
